This feature enables fast, group-based voice communication between two or more colleagues — perfect for industries such as logistics, transportation, construction, and security. Pairing your phone with the Bluetooth Multi PTT Button allows you to keep your device securely in your pocket or on your belt, while staying fully connected.

The Multi PTT Button enhances user safety and workflow efficiency by integrating three essential functions in one device:

• PTT Button: Press and hold to talk, then release.
• Queue Button: Send a request to the PC Dispatcher without interrupting their workflow.
• Panic Alarm: Press and hold for three seconds to instantly alert colleagues or dispatchers and share your live GPS position.

The Queue feature is designed for efficient coordination between mobile workers and PC Dispatchers. It allows users to request feedback or report status updates without disturbing ongoing operations. For example, a driver can indicate that a truck is ready for a new job or a taxi is now available — all through the Queue function. Dispatchers can manage incoming requests in an organized way, ensuring clear and structured communication even in large teams.

For enhanced safety, the Panic Alarm provides real-time alerts with automatic GPS tracking and optional listen-in functionality. When activated, it immediately notifies dispatchers and colleagues, allowing quick response in emergency situations. Alarm configurations are centrally managed and can include automatic SMS alerts, full-duplex voice communication, or IP-based monitoring. The alarm remains active until reset by an authorized user, ensuring continued tracking and visibility.
