Share images with your colleagues

Communication in critical operations can require more than just voice and text. That's why we're excited to introduce one of the most requested features from our customers, the ability to send images, videos and documents directly in the group or private text chat. With the latest update, users can now share visual information and files seamlessly within both the mobile app and the PC Dispatcher.

Whether it's reporting an incident, documenting equipment issues, sharing site conditions, or providing visual updates to a team, users can now easily attach and send images / videos or documents in the text chat.

It can be added in three different ways:

  • Take a photo or video directly in the app
  • Select an existing image from the device's photo gallery
  • Attach and share documents and files
Most common file formats can be shared, for example image formats such as JPG and PNG, video files like MP4 and MOV, and documents such as PDF, CSV, and Excel. Note that photos, videos, and files larger than 50 MB cannot be sent.
