Coordinating 15,000 Dutch festival guests with GroupTalk

On King’s Night in Groningen, the Heroes of Orange festival welcomed 15,000 visitors. To ensure smooth coordination, our partner Flash Private Mobile Networks deployed GroupTalk together with their customer Vigilans Group, the security team responsible for operational oversight on site.

With Push-to-Talk over the mobile network, teams from Event Medical Service, BMS Security, ProBro.nl, Safesight, Gidpro, TLS Productions NL, and Gemeente Groningen stayed connected in real time. Whether patrolling the venue, managing entrances, or coordinating medical support, all parties relied on shared talk groups for instant and reliable communication.
