The roll-out of the GroupTalk service at Dublin Airport began in early 2025 and has since expanded to additional airports. With our Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) solution, turnaround coordinators, gate agents, marshals, and ramp shift leaders can now communicate directly in the GroupTalk app – easily, quickly, and securely!
GroupTalk streamlines communication between ground staff, creating a smoother workflow that improves turnaround times—helping Aer Lingus operate more efficiently and achieve its goals. Aer Lingus has already seen improvements in its turnaround process, saving 12% of its current minimum turnaround time.

The Aer Lingus ground staff can now communicate with each other in real time using GroupTalk, instead of walking back and forth between the gate and the aircraft to share important information about boarding, loading baggage, and missing or boarded passengers.
